Password-protected with optional two-factor authentication and full HTTPS encryption.
Q: How do you ensure website speed and SEO? Speed: Modern efficient architecture, image optimisation, browser and server caching, CDN for global delivery, regular performance monitoring.
SEO: Mobile-first design, fast page load speeds, optimised meta titles/descriptions/headers, schema markup, XML sitemaps, internal linking, mobile usability testing.

Q: Who owns the website and code after the project? You own 100% of everything — all source code, design files, brand assets, and deliverables — once full payment has been received. No licensing fees, no ongoing royalties, no hidden dependencies. IP rights transfer to you on final payment. Third-party open-source components are documented and handed over with their respective licences.
Q: Will you keep my project confidential? Do you sign NDAs? Yes. All project details are treated as strictly confidential by default — business ideas, technical specifications, strategic documents, revenue data, and any proprietary information you share. We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before any discussions begin. You may use your own or we can provide a standard mutual NDA. Projects are only added to our portfolio with your explicit permission.
Q: What happens to hosting after the project ends? At project completion we hand over full control of all hosting, domain registrar, server credentials, and third-party service accounts. Your options: self-manage (we provide full documentation and training), have us manage it under a monthly maintenance plan ($200–500/month), or take it to any other provider. We never withhold access or credentials.
Q: How many revisions are included? Branding: 3–5 initial concepts, unlimited revisions on the chosen direction. Web design: Up to 3 rounds of revisions per design phase. Development: Bug fixes and adjustments per the agreed scope are included. Scope changes are quoted separately. Post-launch: All bug fixes within the first 30 days are free.
Q: Do I need to supply content and images? Both options are available. You can supply your own copy and images (most cost-efficient and gives you full control), or we offer copywriting and stock image sourcing as add-on services quoted separately. We recommend providing key messages and brand information early — waiting for content is one of the most common causes of project delays.
